By accessing or using the Mintint platform ("Service"), including our website, dashboard, SDK, and API, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Mintint provides a real-time intent detection and visitor intelligence platform. The Service includes a JavaScript SDK that tracks anonymous visitor behavior on your website, an API for data retrieval, a dashboard for monitoring and configuration, and webhook-based alerting.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Upon registration, you will receive a unique API key. This key is confidential and tied to your account. You are responsible for securing your API key. You must not share your API key publicly or embed it in client-side code outside of the Mintint SDK snippet. Mintint is not liable for unauthorized usage resulting from exposed API keys.
The Mintint SDK collects anonymous behavioral data from your website visitors, including page views, click patterns, scroll depth, and session duration. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected by default. Company identification is performed through IP-based reverse lookups and does not identify individual users. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Mintint complies with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and for providing appropriate disclosures in your own privacy policy.
Mintint offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. The free plan includes up to 1,000 tracked visitors per month. Paid plans are billed monthly and processed through our payment provider (Razorpay). Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Exceeding your plan limits may result in tracking being paused until the next billing cycle.

The Service, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Mintint. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant Mintint a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mintint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
